Before joining the firm, Eugene worked for several years for a boutique civil litigation and transactional firm representing clients from medium-sized businesses and high net-worth individuals to nationally known corporations in a number of different transactions including commercial real estate purchases, leases, and the drafting and implementation of employment policies. Eugene also represented clients in a variety of disputes, including breach of contract, wrongful termination, construction defect and many others.

Prior to entering litigation practice, Eugene worked as in-house counsel for an internet company involved in the sale of high-purity components for the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. Eugene also has experience in the entertainment industry, having worked both as outside counsel with a prominent entertainment law firm and as artist representative in negotiating feature film contracts with major studios.
